Position: Director of Sales/Business Development
Reports to: President

inLogic is seeking a highly motivated sales professional interested in partnering with a growing software company specializing in enterprise RFID asset tracking software, application integration services, and consulting. Negotiable base salary depending upon experience with aggressive commission plan and potential equity opportunity.

We are searching for the right individual that fits in with our team, shares our vision, and is searching for a rewarding partnership. This individual must value honesty and integrity, be highly motivated, a self-starter, creative, and entrepreneurial with a minimum of 5 years of experience selling enterprise software or IT products/services in the Atlanta area. This individual will be primarily involved in defining our sales and marketing strategies and responsible for expanding our market in the Atlanta area and across North America.

Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify new business opportunities
Establish and successfully execute sales and marketing plans
Analyze company information and prepare and deliver effective sales presentations
Participate in and regularly attend local networking events and seminars
Lead/facilitate discussions and meetings with prospective customers
Learn customers businesses, assess technical needs, and effectively communicate our   services and experience relevant to their needs.


Requirements:
Goal oriented with a track record of achieving goals
Self motivated and entrepreneurial
Executive level selling skills to build relationships up to C-level
Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (.NET, SQL Server, BizTalk, SharePoint, etc.)
Knowledge of latest industry trends and technologies with an ability to speak   intelligently about them
Established network of enterprise contacts in the metro Atlanta area and ability to   utilize to network for sales
Ability to demonstrate recent success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas of   $1M+ per year or more in new business
Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate, lead   meetings and conduct presentations
Stable employment history
Bachelor's degree

Preferred:
RFID and/or data collection expertise a plus
Experience in sales to government, government contractors, and financial services markets
MBA
